Take that Jillian. Take that green-sports-bra-Anita. Take that red-gym-shorts-Natalie. Challenge me to 30 days and I call your bluff. HA!!! That's SHRED-ication!!!!

Congrats!
You should do #8 with us. We are camping experts AND we make great food when we camp!
Good job, Nas! You succeeded in something I have not. ;)
Way to go! So, what's the verdict? Is it worth doing it for 30 days straight? Feel better? Stronger? Lost weight? Motivate me, please!! :)
Haha! It was definitely challenging! I started off gaining 5 lbs, which was disheartening, but at the end of the 30 days, I ended up losing 8, so only 3 altogether. BUT I can tell a huge difference in my strength. I went to the gym the other night and decided to "go easy" on myself and just hop on the elliptical (so I could watch TV) An HOUR AND A HALF later, I was finished. Normally I can only stand the elliptical for 30 minutes or so. So that's definitely a HUGE improvement. I'd say the biggest benefits of doing the Shred are strength and endurance. I can definitely work out at the gym harder and for a longer period of time now.
